Grandma and Grandpa C came to visit all THREE of their kids and families that now live in the Twin Cities! We wanted to show them a super fun time so that they will want to come back often! Our first stop was the Oliver Kelley Farm. It is a historical, working farm from the 1800's. The kids had a great time doing jobs on the farm like washing greens from the garden, picking weeds, feeding and watering the cow and pumping water. We loved being there with our cousins and grandparents!!
The next stop was Lydia's soccer tournament. Unfortunately, it was a game all the way down south in Lakeville, but Grandma, Grandpa, Lucy and Alisa were loyal fans and drove all the way down to watch. Lydia played a great game for her cheering section!
Our next stop was Minnehaha Falls. We had fun hiking down the falls and along the river. Unfortunately, we were having a hard time meeting up with Amy/Andy so they didn't get to participate in the hiking. A few brave souls (all the kids and dads) waded into the cold water and skipped stones. Then we had a delicious picnic lunch provided by all the ladies.

I miss the whole Christensen clan!!! Tell everyone hi for me! I haven't seen your family since Lydia was a little baby... and I was in high school. looks like you have so much fun with family there! Have a good rest of the summer!
